I'm thrilled to share the successful completion of a project close to my heart – the launch of Asticom's "Best of Both" World, an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) campaign designed to showcase the vibrant life at Asticom through the eyes of our incredible team.

From concept to execution, this journey was a labor of love. It all began with the crafting of a comprehensive campaign plan, outlining the nuances of our EVP strategy. The goal? To establish Asticom not just as a workplace but as a community, a second home that truly embodies the #BestofBoth.
