Creativity is the heartbeat of any successful campaign. I took on the responsibility of giving direction to the creative elements of #MeNXT Story. From formulating engaging questions for the #MeNXT Street Interviews to providing creative insights to influencers, I aimed to ensure that every aspect of the campaign echoed its core message.

In bustling BGC and Makati, our charismatic host, Mark Wei, ventured into the heart of the city, unveiling the ultimate dream jobs of random individuals. The goal was not just to spread awareness about applicants' aspirations but also to elevate visibility for nxt.com.ph.



Activity 2: The Hunt for Nxt Sign-Ups

Building on the momentum, Mark took to the streets again, asking people if they had signed up at nxt.com.ph. Those who had were in for a treat—an opportunity to win an Alexa Speaker. This dual-pronged approach incentivized sign-ups and encouraged viewers to register beforehand for a chance to win.




Activity 3: #MeNXT Story: Professional Advice and Applicant Journeys

In the heart of the campaign, we opened our platform to the stories of applicants. Through the #MeNXT Story segment, we read and shared these narratives, offering professional advice to guide them in their application journey. This added a personal touch, creating a supportive ecosystem for individuals navigating the recruitment process.
